What Is Klover Sales?
Klover Sales Inc. is a distributor of biodegradable items for food service, used by restaurants, caterers, chefs and consumers. We stock items in Canada to serve the North American market so there's no waiting for your order to come from overseas.

What type of products do you sell?
We have a full and complete line of unique and beautiful items for any food service use. Our packaging and disposable tableware is biodegradable and compostable, and made from sustainable renewable sources. We have items that are both functional and attractive, and are microwavable, grease-resistant and leak-proof.

What are your products made from and where do they come from?
Our products are made from bamboo and palm and from cultivated forests of pine, birch and poplar from all around the world.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we sell in packages indicated with the products on the site.

Do you offer distributor pricing?

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we have pricing if you will be purchasing larger quantities of each product. For example, most skewers come in cases of 20 x 100 packages, and we have different pricing for the full case. Contact us at info@kloversales.com for more information.

Is there a shipping charge?
Yes, we apply shipping and handling charges as charged by our suppliers.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge tax according to regulations for province in Canada of the delivery address.

How quickly can I receive my order?
We process and ship most orders within 3-5 business days of receiving them. If you need faster delivery, please contact us. Back orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied, we will accept the prompt return of any unused and unopened item for replacement, exchange or refund of the purchase price (minus freight charges and restocking fees). When returning an item, please contact us for a return authorization number and please include a copy of the packing list or invoice in the package.

Our prices are in Canadian dollars.
